103 days to go

These sandals walked the Tongariro Crossing on Saturday. Looks like my feet are finally sorted.

  1. Ah, Tongariro Crossing… never did that one during my semester there between one thing and another. It’s one reason I need to return to NZ someday I guess! 🙂

How many hours did it take you guys?

  2. The mamas and younger kids took a very leisurely seven hours which included zipping off the track to the lingering snow to make a snowman and have a snowball fight. The older kids and dads took a couple of hours longer – but they summitted Ngauruhoe. You know you’ll be back some time (and you know you’ll have a place to stay!)

Thanks for commenting....I'll do my best to get back to you.
