The monastery at Sobrado and the fourth century church at Boveda are both highlights we don’t want to miss. Fitting them both in to the itinerary means abandoning the “usual” routes and finding our own path. Kids are keen to return to Melide too, so I’ve mapped it out for us.
And putting the link here means I will have a copy available so long as we have an internet connection. (Clicking on the red words above will take you to the map if you want to take a peek)
Lugo = the place the little girls and I took a bus to last time we were on the Camino and Tessa had her arm put in plaster at the very flash university hospital there
Boveda = Santa Eulalia church
Sobrado = 1,000km achieved and a night in a monastery
Melide = memories of fantastic almond biscuits and croissants from the bakery (we have instructions to bring biscuits home with us)
